Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has begun processing.

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched, the shipping address can no longer be modified.

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine separate orders once they have been placed, as our fulfillment process begins immediately.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, a second email containing tracking information will be sent to you.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

We do not offer price adjustments for items purchased before a promotion or sale.

Pre-order items are products that are available for purchase before they are ready to ship. The estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product page. Please note that if your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the order may ship together once all items are available.

Orders may be canceled due to payment authorization issues, suspected fraud, inventory discrepancies, or incorrect shipping information. If your order was canceled, the payment authorization will be released by your bank according to their processing time.

SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been opened, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and contents.

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier becomes responsible for delivery. You will receive tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Some shipping carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Availability will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.

International shipping costs vary depending on destination and package weight. The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

RETURNS

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
